It is more flowy on top, less so on the bottom. It is really a versatile dress - I have worn it ot a party with killer heels and also with a jacket and boots for brunch.
Just wondering, the description of the dress says the bottom is "form fitting". Does it cling to you and the top is loose? Or is the bottom more straight down and flowy? I would love to see a picture of this dress on a model!!
I really like this dress, but wish there was a little less fabric around the waist area. I weigh 118 pounds, and it's a little large. Colors are very pretty, and the material is really comfortable and soft.
