I love this dress! I agree that the neckline is quite low, but it still looks great! I've recieved many compliments. It fits very well too, I'm 5'3, 125 lbs and the small fits perfect. My first puchase of Modcloth and I'm very pleased!

Cute dress! However I must mention that the tank top section is sheer enough for a different colored bra to be noticeable, and that the neckline falls pretty low since the material is so soft and easily stretched by the weight of the skirt. Got lots of compliments on it, and looks great with tights and a cardigan :-)
