I'm sad to ay after a week of anticipation, I just received the dress and am going to have to return it. It doesn't quite fit like it looks online...I'm sure some could make it work, but even though I have a small waist, the ruffle where the top meets the skirt is just not flattering on my midsection. But, I'll be ordering another dress I've had my eye on and hope to have better luck with that one.
This dress is very cute, and I love the flouncy skirt; however, where the waist meets the skirt just does not sit right. It sort of bunches no matter what you do, making it look like you have tummy flub! If you could find the right belt to wear over it, it might fix that issue. I can not make it work and am returning the dress.
This dress is great in theory, but I have to agree with the other peoples reviews. The place where the skirt and shirt meets refuses to sit right, and it's to short (even for a shorty like me!) A wide belt worn tight seems to make it work better, so if you can come to terms with that, then it's probably a decent dress for you. I'm keeping it, as I'll probably wear it occasionally, but just a tad disappointed.
