Fit

I loved this dress on the mannequin, and it is very cute in person. the fabric is great- the blue a little more vibrant than in the picture but very pretty. However, the top fits a little awkwardly on my smaller frame- the padded cups make my chest look wide and droopy and i'm not sure what the description means by 'optional halter strap'- the straps are sewn in place in the front. the bodice and skirt are adorable and the wrap skirt is very slimming- i loved the bottom half. wish this had worked out!
