Top: 65% Polyester, 35% Rayon Cotton. Skirt: 100% Cotton. Top fabric has stretch, while skirt does not.

Its a cute and relatively well made dress. The ruffles on the sleeves are really cute! The skirt is a little sheer, but I usually wear it with tights or leggings anyways. I would almost say to order a size up if you're unsure about the size. The skirt is cut very straight so it doesn't have a lot of extra room and the fabric does not have much give.
This really is a cute little dress! I would recommend buying it a size smaller, rather than larger if you are unsure if it will fit, as the elastic waistband definately cannot be loose :) One thing to note though, the skirt is rather sheer, so I added a lining in bright green. Looks brilliant.
