I agree with the other reviewers, size up! I have small shoulders and broad hips, ordered a large to be sure the dress would fit, but it's to tight over the hips and actually a little big over the shoulders. I'm keeping it though, waiting for better times... But it's strange because on the pictures it seems that this is a dress that fits hour-glass figures.
I agree with Brigitte--go a size up. Even my size large is a bit snug in the hips and thighs, and I'm not usually a large. That said, it's adorable! It fits well in the chest, too, if you're a little on the busty side (I'm a C/D).
I own this dress and it is beautiful. Unless you have no hips whatsoever, though, I would recommend ordering one size up. I had to return my small for a medium.
