Exactly as appears in photos. Beautiful cut and very soft fabric. Garment is also very true to size. (Postage was very fast, 6 days to get to Australia, amazing!)
I bought this dress with plans to wear it to my bridal shower. The dress is beautiful, fits well, and the colors are lovely. However, if you're busty like I am (32DD), it may be slightly low-necked. It's not too scandalous, but since my shower is going to be at a church I'll have to pair this with a camisole or a cardigan. Other than that it's perfect!
Too, too short! When I compared the measurements listed for this dress to a similar one I had, it seemed that it would come to the knee or just above. It is very short and looks more like a "babydoll" style dress than a the throwback to the 1950s that I was hoping for. Lovely print on the fabric, and I love the tiers at the bottom edge of the skirt, but this isn't quite the sophisticated look I was hoping for.
