I LOVE this dress. The dress is impeccably constructed of thick, heavy cotton. The design is vintage inspired and oh so girly. The fit is perfect for me. I am a 36b w/28" waist and the medium looks great. Its not tight, its a bit loose, but i love the fit. The neckline is a bit low, so i wear it with a lace tank top underneath for added cuteness!! Its my favorite dress to wear when I want to feel pretty. I get tons of compliments too!!

Modcloth- Winston Award The Floral District dress is truly unique. I received it as a gift 3 months ago and it’s my favorite item in my closet. This dress has a vintage look with a modern twist. The floral pattern is the cutest I have ever seen and the colors are eye catching. The shape of the dress is very flattering as well. I feel so confident and cute wearing this dress. I love the layers of the skirt and how it puffs out. I truly get compliments every time I wear it! If you look closer at the details, you can tell that this dress is not cheaply made. It didn’t fall apart in the dryer, even though I have washed it many times since I bought it. What I also like about this dress is how it matches so many things. Sometime I wear a pink, purple, or blue cardigan with it or even leggings. To describe the Floral District Dress in one word, I would say: Adorable.

Absolutely, positively adore and continue to adore this floral creation. Short and bouncy, I have spent almost the entire summer trying to find reasons to wear this dress. Fits so many different occasions - no doubt its the most spectacular dress that has hit my closet. I have worn it to fancy parties, summer brunches and even a bridal shower. It is soooo vintage style with a modern twist. The best part of all is the hidden secret that lies under its fluffy tiered layers - a tight little skirt. I just adore having the wind blow my dress around to reveal this modest skirt. The length of this review has to same something about this adorable dress, and no I am not talking about how short it is, but rather is long lasting appeal! Winston Award - here I come!
