This dress, to me, looked much cuter online than it did in reality. I've ordered many dresses from ModCloth, and this one was by far the most disappointing. What the latest reviewer has stated is true-- the fabric looks cheap, and the skirt makes anyone with hips look terrible. I usually fit just fine in a Small, but this dress was oddly proportioned on me: the top was snug, the skirt awkwardly poofy, and the belt length was huge and didn't cling to my waist at all. I received it today, and returned it today.

This dress looked so cute on the website and I was excited to get it. However, I was very disappointed. The top is a cheap flimsy material and the belt was really stiff and cheap material as well. The skirt part made me look frumpy. I had to send it back.

Like some of the other reviews, This dress look super cute online and I loved it because it is very different. When I tried it on the top was a little short on my torso and it went extremly low. The skirt part was poofy on the sides of the hips and a little short because of this. I am in the process of returning this dress today.
