Love this dress in concept, but not as much in reality. The construction of this dress is very good, however it is made of a simple stiff woven cotton, which makes look like it should cost less. I'm 5'4", 120 lbs and the dress fit perfectly, but the length was unflattering to my height and I looked a little lost in the puffiness of the dress. I think it's also important to note that there is an accordion pleat that is separate from and attached on top of the bust. This makes the bust area look very flat and square.

I bought this dress for my prom and it looked amazing with simple yet bold accessories and a red lip. It was a little big in the waist area, but the pleats made it extremely easy to hide the pins. I also loved the fabric, because not only does it breathe which comes in handy in crowded stuffy dances, but it was easy to repress the pleats when they got wrinkled. Not to mention the fabric allows very simple alterations to be made if the length is unflattering(even though it was perfect on my frame). Love, love, loved it. :D

I LOVE this dress! I wore it for my rehearsal dinner a few weeks ago. The length was just a tad too long, so I had it altered to hit just below my knee, and it looks even better on! I'm 5'6, and liked the longer look of it, but I feel like it's a dress I can wear for more practical purposes with the shorter length(maybe with a cardigan over it for work!) I also had my seamstress sew down every other pleat on the bust, so it wasn't all over the place. It looks way better than it did before. If you find it doesn't give you much of a defined waist, put a belt with it! I wore a kind of olive green belt that had a flower on it, and it worked perfectly! The dress is also super comfortable since it is cotton, and I love the pockets!
