This was my first ModCloth purchase, and it got me absolutely addicted to this site, as well as the Tulle brand of clothing. I'd never owned a halter dress before, but this one was so adorable that I couldn't resist. I love the color and the cut of the dress. The skirt is very full, and a good past the knees/shin length. Because of the halter top, how low cut the bust is is fairly adjustable. I didn't have a halter bra, since I'd never owned a halter top before, but I have a smallish chest and the material is heavy enough that I don't need to worry about anything "showing" through the material. The dress is also very comfortable. With the smocked back, it would fit a range of chest sizes, I think. Its great to wear out to the park on hot days, but modest enough that I can pair it with a cardigan and wear it to church. I honestly don't think I'd change a single thing about this dress. Its one of my favorite purchases, ever. :)

This is possibly the best dress I have ever owned. The seersucker is soft and super comfortable and has a nice weight, but doesn't cause me to overheat or feel like I'm overdressed for hot weather. Not *too* showy in the bust - just the right amount of coverage, and the elastic in the back doesn't pinch or cut into skin at all. I want more in different colors so I can wear them all the time.

It kills me to not give this 5 stars, but the fitting really did NOT work out for me. I've got a pretty small chest (34B), but this dress still managed to squish me awkwardly. If I could have bumped up a size I think it would have been a real love story, but don't let the smocking fool you into getting the smaller size if you're on the cusp of two. Fabric, length and fit were otherwise lovely.
