I am 5'1" 110 lbs. I ordered the small, it was very large. Which would normally be fine. I am a bit on the busty side, but the center chest pleat gaps awkwardly. I agree with previous reviews that the fabric was "thready". It would be great on a taller girl with a little less chest. The color is true to the picture, however. And absolutely gorgeous in person. I guess i will try to make it work for the money I spent on it.
I bought this to wear for graduation. I didn't have the fabric problems but I am busty (34DD) but usually get away with medium since I'm pretty petite. However I had to pin the crease in the middle so it wouldn't look awkward. Otherwise, I really liked it and received many compliments.
I can't understand why this dress got such bad reviews. When I ordered it I had faith that it would be gorgeous! It is! Some people may not like the way it is fitted but it's not suppose to be tight or figure flattering, it's a modest, classy dress. The bow on the waist does give you a nice waist line though. The color is a little off of what the picture is but anyone who read the title "chartreuse" is described which is a green-yellow color, so that's no-one's fault but their own. Other than that I got a medium and it fit great. The top is a little baggy because I'm a little smaller on top but it's not anything I can't live with! None the less it's gorgeous and I'm very happy with it!
