The top fabric does have stretch, but the skirt does not.

I wore this dress on the fourth of july with red flats to the macy's fireworks on the hudson river this year, I got so many compliments from my friends and random new yorkers! It was perfect, and I felt so cute in it! I just love modcloth for the unqiue finds that you can't get anywhere else! Love it!
