100% Cotton. Apart from the smocked back, this material does not have stretch.

Care
Hand wash cold.
Fun dress. Great with flats. The strapless top portion is a little too loose (could use a stronger elastic) so I wear a sports bra underneath and use bobby pins to make sure it stays put.
I agree with the last review. Definitely needs a stronger elastic especially since it's a tube top. the fabric is very thin also, no way you could pair it with even sweater tights and a thick sweater for winter. I'm a D and have a 30" waist and it's still big on me, I got a Medium. The dress is cute, but not what I expected at all. Definitely a return :(
