i bought this skirt, but had to return it :( it's a great print and super soft material, but the skirt was too bulky for me, making my hips look HUGE. i also agree with the high-waist concern. on my 5'0" it looked ridiculous on me. for a tall girl with little hips, this skirt would be great to add the apperance of some curves!
I ordered this skirt at the beginning of the summer months, and I adore it! The color and pattern of the skirt are so bright and cheerful, and the shape of skirt is girly and playful. The skirt is the perfect length- just long enough to make it appropriate for running around and playing, but short enough to keep it from looking matronly. The skirt looks adorable paired with low heels, a lady-like blouse and a sunhat! It's perfect for everything from shopping for fresh produce at the farmers market to picnicking in a field of flowers.
