To the one person that may consider buying this: It's a cute, simple summery dress. The colors aren't as bold as the picture suggests, (the tag on the dress says that the colors are expected to vary quite a bit, so I can respect that) and if you aren't a size XS (which I am DEFININTLY not) then it might look a little more boxy than flare-y ... but all in all, I really like this skirt and am glad I got it on sale.
