This skirt was very frumpy and I was surprised to find that it was very sparkly as well. The material is very cheap, which is noticeable to the eye and to the touch. The skirt lacks a lot of class, but makes up for it in tackiness.

i love this skirt. its perfect for dressing down for a dinner or dressing up for a wedding. it all depends on the top you wear with it! this skirt is so versitile i'll wear for forever! the material is a bit fragil with the metallic threading and also with the ties on the front. they could be easily pulled off. other then that this skirt is perfect!
To me, it's made of very cheap material even for its relatively low price. It wouldn't surprise me if this thing was flammable. And this was probably just me being silly... but it didn't dawn on me a "decorative brass-tipped tie" meant it wasn't elastic waisted, but instead had a side zipper. To be fair, that is one very long description and I guess my eyes must have skipped past a few things. I will be returning it.
