100% Polyester. The waistband is very stretchy, but the skirt fabric is not.

Waistband measurement indicates median amount of stretch. It can comfortably accommodate another inch to two inches up or down.

I received this skirt as a gift on my birthday and it just made my day!! The soft billowy folds of sheer satiny perfection paired with the rich rasberry hue. Worn high on the waist with a graphic tee tucked in I wore this skirt to a friends party and to my delight all eyes were on me!! A magical skirt that is as sweet as a bowl of sorbet on a hot summer day! Winston award entry!
I love this skirt! It is so fabulous!! The only warning I can give is that is is a little flatter then it appears in the picture. Other then that the color is gorgeous and the material is so smooth!
