I ordered this skirt thinking it looked really comfy and like the perfect winter time mini skirt - and it was-if you're an anorexic figure skater that is. Not only did the material feel very cheap, but the waistband want no stretch thanks to the constraining slip underneath it. I seriously think that the maker took the size small slip (I ordered a large) and sewed in with the large. The design was alright, but I didn't order it for that reason; I wanted a lovely knit skirt that I could twirl in. This skirt was so short that it didn't even go past my butt. RETURNED.
