this skirt would be perfect but the ribbon is a bit strange but i'll just work with it.

Very cute skirt but, as expected, it is a little big and will have to be taken in. Inverted Triangle. That's my body shape. I'm 5'3" with a short waist and my limbs look long so I look taller than I am. Dresses and skirts work better for me in petite but that's not offered so I usually aim for an XS. This item was bought in size Small. My waist measurement is 24" and my hips are 31". The fit would be true to a size small, I believe, but big on anyone without hips. The material is a linen/rayon blend and feels crisp like most linen fabrics. Thin enough for summer but thick enough for spring and autumn. The bow is very feminine but if you're not used to having something large at your front then I'd advise against this. Love the flared bottom. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it was too big and I'll have to spend more to fix it. Once it's altered, I'll definitely wear it.
