LOVE this umbrella. it's so super cute. however, when it arrived, the shipping box was all squashed and dented because there was no filling materials inside the box. the ups guy said that they stack boxes on top of boxes, and without the filling materials, it just caves in. also, the black handle was scuffed up and the octagonal black button that you push to open the umbrella is missing (third product photo)...it's just the sharp metal piece, no pretty button. back it goes...

In order to guarantee our customers receive undamaged items, our packing protocol requires all boxes include some form of impact absorbing material.
