Was super excited about this -- wanted a locket, this was pretty and love that it's named for Ada Lovelace. Unfortunately, the material looks very cheap. I'm OK with costume jewelry, but this just looks silly. Will return, sadly.

I really like the look of this necklace, but I expected the metal to be sturdier- it's quite malleable. The clasp on it broke after only a week. Handle with care!!

We're glad to hear you love the Ada Lovelace Locket, but sorry the clasp didn't hold up. We hate to hear when a faulty item leaves our hands and travels to your home. In order to remedy this situation as soon as possible, I've already sent you an email.

I really like this locket. When I originally got it, something happened, and it wouldn't close after awhile. But I ended up fixing it by using a pair of pliers to bring the clasp out farther so it would catch and close. So, be careful while wearing this. From the sounds of it, others have a hard time with it, so just handle with care. :) It looks very cute against darker colors and is a good stand out piece.
