This headband is the epitome of fabulosity. Definitely not a piece for a shy girl or shrinking violet, this headband makes a statement all by itself. I'd not classify this piece as a headband, but rather as a feathered tiara. Crown yourself with this gorgeous hair accessory and knock 'em dead.
