The Better To Brew You With Teacup

Once upon a time, Little Red Riding Hood received a lovely gift from her dear old Grandmother. "A cup of tea on a rainy day!" Granny explained. "What could be better than sipping some tea and reading a nice book? Nothing, that's what! Now, have some nice cookies and be on your way!" Little Red Riding Hood thanked her and set off back to her house for a lovely cup of freshly brewed chamomile tea in the safety of her home. On the way, a mean old Wolf named "Roommate" tried to steal her brand new teacup when Little Red wasn't looking! "It was just sitting there!" Roommate Wolf cried. "It looked so adora- I mean, it looked so menacing and cunning! I want it!" Little Red reminded Roommate Wolf that everyone should respect one another's personal property and get their own mug. "But! But!" Roommate Wolf declared. "I can't possibly work correctly! What a small handle it has!" "All the better to hold it with." Little Red replied. Roommate Wolf scowled. "What a tiny infuser!" "All the better to brew with." Little Red said calmly. "No, no!" Roommate Wolf declared. "It's too small for a proper cup of tea and I would know! What a tiny capacity it has." "Nonsense." Little Red corrected her. "It's all the better to drink it in!" Roommate Wolf finally got the message (after many passive agressive notes left by Little Red) and bought her own mug. In the meantime, Little Red Riding Hood recommends that anyone else with the mug make sure that the loose-leaf tea is free of tea dust or long stems so that the infuser can keep all the particles out of the tea. Besides that, Little Red Riding Hood lived happily ever after with her spiffy mug.

this is the cutest teacup ever, I LOVE little red riding hood and really couldn't miss such a precious piece of art. the umbrella lid is just adorable. truly recommended!
