This dress is amazing. I was getting it for my school's Homecoming dance, which is Sept. 19th, so I ordered it on Sept. 2nd I think. I got it today, the 10th, which was pretty much great timing considering I live in Nebraska. Waiting for it to arrive, I was a little apprehensive about the sequins. It's very easy for sequins to look tacky, and this dress is completely covered in them. I was wrong. This dress is absolutely stunning. It looks good in all lights. It sparkles in a lot of light, and slightly shimmers in low light. There is a built-in slip underneath which is sexy, but modest. The small fit me perfectly. I am 5'2" and petite, but with a large chest, and it managed to make me look more proportional, which is a plus. I can't wait for Homecoming to show it off, and I've decided after seeing it on me and getting my parents' reactions to wear it to my sister's rehearsal dinner for her wedding. This was my first purchase from modcloth, and it won't be the last. Thanks for not disappointing. :]

This dress is positively stunning. The detail is incredible and it shimmers just the right way for the perfect effect. It's also a nice length and the top fits just right, with enough elastic, not revealing too much but showing off just what I wanted it to. The bow isn't overdone, and gives an extra edge that other dresses don't have. Unfortunately for me however, my hips are a bit curvy and the large was a half-size too small for me in that department. On the other hand, it fit perfectly in the bust (I'm a 36B). I really regret that I had to send it back, but for someone with a straighter figure, this is a gorgeous choice.

I don't have the words to express how much I seriously love this dress. I received it early this morning and took it to work with me so I could look at it and show everyone its loveliness. Good for almost any occassion - the band along the top of the dress ensures that you won't be one of those girls that is constanty pulling their dresses up. As mentioned in other posts, you worry that the sequins are going to look cheap - but they don't at all. If you look at the images, it appears like there are lines running vertically, that's because the sequins are sown on that way, with a little bit of space in between each sequined line. Oh, and when you put your arms down the sequins don't scratch against you either.
