I agree with Gwendolyn. I am also 5'7" and this is a great dress for wearing around on the weekends with tights, cute shoes, and a cardigan, but it's too short if you are in a professional workplace. I was hoping to wear it for an interview. Nope. Too short.
This dress is exactly what I expected. It fits perfectly and makes a wonderful work dress I can't wait to wear it in tomorrow.
The fit on this dress is great. The dart and pleat work makes it quite flattering. I was hoping it would be work appropriate and so was sure to get a large so it would not be too tight. The length is a bit risque for work though. While not a mini, it would have been nice to have something that came to just above the knee, and this is a good 5-6 inches short of that on my 5'8" frame. I intend to keep it and wear it elsewhere, as it is cute and comfortable. Also, I love the convenience of the pockets.
