Who are you?
My name is Lacey. I'm 24 years old and had your typical Pittsburgh childhood, filled with pierogies, Penguins, and school trips to Kennywood. I earned a BFA in sculpture in Baltimore and briefly tried to move across the country, but I'm totally happy to be back in my hometown.

What do you do at ModCloth?
I'm the Merchandise Processing Team Lead. I'm usually half buried under a mound of cardboard and incoming product, but that doesn't keep me from counting, measuring, and organizing like a fiend! Since I spend most of my day in the warehouse, I usually opt for flats instead of heels-- but I can't pass up a cute dress with well-placed pockets to fill with box cutters and Sharpies.

What do you like about working at ModCloth?
I love the people and the work environment, and being part of something that is growing and changing every day. The best part about my job is that I'm one of the first to see all our fabulous products as they arrive - it's like the best birthday party you could ever imagine, every day.

What are your other interests & hobbies?
When I'm not at work, I'm usually knitting, drinking too much coffee, and plotting home renovation projects with my fiancee.

Are you a Winston or a Blue?
Definitely a Winston - I'm quiet and even-tempered and constantly grunting at my coworkers for bits of cheese.

What else would you like to tell our customers about yourself?
I went to Space Camp in the 7th grade, and it's really not as cool as the movie.
