Marley hit it on the head. Definitely too costum-ey: "Hey I went through my mom's old clothes from the 60's and found this." Then again, I can totally see a hot blond rocking the socks off this with some blue jeans and one-too-many bangles

Sigh. I really like the idea of this top, it was just made with the wrong fringe. The fringe is made of the same material that is used for costume fringe and lamp shade fringe. Maybe I am overthinking it, but I am not sold on it.
