I really, really love the color and the waist detailing (wish it went all the way around.)

I love the color, but I don't like the cut of the sleeves (it looks matronly), or that the laser cut is only on the front (looks very cheap)

it's boring, it needs some pizazz! neckline could be swooped, I would opt for a cloth belt the same color to go around the waist area
