Forever will I remember and reminisce about my senior year of college. I was fortunate to have what seemed to be abnormally good living conditions in comparison to the many people out there who have a closet full of horror stories to tell. Be warned, I am about to turn on the sappy faucet! Senior year was something special for me, because I lived with two of the most amazing ladies whom, knowingly or not, shaped a large part of the person I am today! One of the most important wardrobe lessons I learned from living with them is how many different ways you can style a simple garment. While the two of them have distinct tastes in fashion, they both have cleverly coordinated wardrobes that consist of staple garments in not-so-average shapes and cuts - garments like this top! The instant I saw this tank, I thought of my college roommates, Ashley and Kristin, one now a fashion designer, and the other working freelance. Ashley would seamlessly pull off this lightweight knit, drop V-neck style, with its lower armholes and a bright, bohemian trim by pairing it with an army-colored harem pant and a chic medium-brimmed, bowl-shaped hat. Kristin might wear this tank with a strapless, fabric bandeau-like bra, skinny jeans, and a pair of entrance-making heels.
