This skirt is fabulous! The color is as vibrant in life as on the screen and the fabric is soft, flowy, and comfortable. Very feminine. Love the double layering at the hem. I'm wearing it with tights and a sweater in this cold weather, but I'm looking forward to wearing it with sandals and tanks this summer as well. Great, versatile piece. Definitely size down; I usually wear a small to medium, but an x-small fits me perfectly in this skirt and sits comfortably just below my natural waist.

I couldnt tell in the picture, but the bottom of this skirt is a two tiered ruffle. Not my scene. But I will give props for a nice fit. IT is also a little long.

Definitely size down! I love this skirt, but it sits way below my waist. would have been perfect if I had ordered an extra small.
