I like the ruffles, not the pattern. I cant decide if the pattern would look better on my grandmothers couch pillow or the curtains in her laundry room...

it looks like someone threw up an 80's couch on a skirt...the base of the skirt should be more fitted and it should be a lighter material. also they should try a different print or a solid colour
