I avidly followed storm news coverage, watched "Twister" at least ten times, and would flop onto my back in my front yard and try identifying the types of clouds that drifted by. I think I would have collapsed in a heap of love had I seen this Ryu skirt back then — with its puffy bubble hem and pitch-black color, this skirt has all the ingredients for a perfect storm cloud.
