I felt only slightly disappointed by this skirt. First off, the pictured skirt online is VERY different from the way it looks in person. It has a very silky and shiny material that gives off a much more formal look than I originally envisioned. Being as that was my first disappointed, I tried it on and gave it the old college try. I arranged a basic outfit with it and I must admit, I LIKE IT A LOT but I don't love it. I included in the picture in case someone may LOVE it. Still debating but it may be a return....

Going along with another review, it is shinier in person than I thought. I have already worn it a few times to work and a night out with friends, and have received a few compliments on it. The fit is a little bit snug compared to other 8s (UK) that I have in my closet, but it still fits. Also, the length is just a mini-tiny-winy shorter than I thought, but I wear it with tights just to cover my legs. The sizing listed says that it runs large, but I would go with the opposite. It definitely doesn't feel like it runs large at all. Other than that, it's a great skirt and a wonderful addition to my closet!

I liked this skirt, but it did not look good on me. I should know better though (me and my wide hips) The material is a bit stiff and heavy. It also has more shine than I expected. The length is perfect. But my hips made it bell out so much that it only felt short and revealing. The waistband has no give and can feel restricting. I also didn't like the fact that it was unlined and I had such a hard time with that zipper! .
