I love this skirt! However, I am 5'1, 135lbs, and it is WAY too long. I'm still not sure if I'm going to keep it or not. If I do, I will have to alter it quite a bit. It's really perfect otherwise. The material is so soft and if flows nicely.

Yikes, ladies with bigger thighs (compared to body size) or other lower-body curves: take caution. It looks so lovely and demure on the mannequin, but on me it clung and highlighted every curve in the worst way and turned my awesome legs into a disaster. It would probably look awesome on someone with more uniform leg width, though.

Hi Kate! Thanks so much for letting us know that this skirt is far clingier than some might be anticipating. I am sorry to hear that it didn't work as you had wanted it to! :(

This skirt is absolutely lovely, and makes me feel very feminine. The bottom-most color-block fabric (which, as others have said, is more neutral than pink) is slightly lighter-weight jersey than those above, which makes the skirt ripple becomingly with movement. FIT: I anticipated having to roll the waistband to wear it since my legs are short, however 2 things: the elastic was too big for my natural waist and was also very stiff (see first pics). The bottom-most row of stitching cracked when I pulled the skirt on for the first time, but that turned out to be a good thing b/c when I pulled that row of stitching out, it made the elastic less stiff/more stretchy AND made no difference in the attachment to the skirt (i.e. the elastic is better attached by a second, more stretchy set of stitching). NOW I can roll the elastic down a few times (as in 2nd photo) which makes the skirt shorter for me AND lets it sit at a more low-rise level (for my figure the natural-waist level just doesn't work with long skirts). FABRIC: The jersey is lightweight without being flimsy or transparent, and is super-comfortable. All- around I would highly recommend this skirt!
