Tight in the toes and loose in the heel. My feet slid around a bit, but gel inserts fixed that.

I'm normally a 7.5 to an 8 so I ordered an eight because that would be a half size up for me. I needed to send them back and order an 8.5 for them to fit right. Now I love them!
