GORGEOUS!!!! The day they appeared on the site, I jumped on them and do not regret it. I wore them around the house all day, and they are very comfy. I, like another reviewer, fear the peacock looking part of the shoe will flake off, but I am going to see if I can find something to spray them with to protect them. They shoes do run a bit small. I wear a 6.5 and bought the shoes in a 6 and a 7. The 6 was too small, but the 7 were almost perfect, just a tad (and I mean just a tad) too big, but not enough to notice or want to buy inserts. So the 6 goes back. If Modcloth restocks, get them. You won't regret it.

I bought these in my exact size and I was very surprised when I tried them on to find them to be a bit big. I never have that happen, ever! Usually shoes are too narrow or short on me even when I buy my exact size! Pleasantly, they have arch support, ARCH SUPPORT!!! They have padding, too! I wore these on a date and when the restaurant chased us out at closing time, we talked in the parking lot for another hour; standing there my feet were not aching at all because my feet were properly supported which is very rare for heels at this price point. The only discomfort I felt in my feet from standing in that parking lot for an hour was cold because it was hovering near freezing that night. I never saw that guy again, but I will definitely be wearing these shoes again!

I love these shoes, I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 and ordered an 8. I was so worried they would be too small and when I first put them on they were but after about 2 min they have molded to my foot, and might be one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. As the other reviewers have said it feels like whatever paint is on the shoes will scrape right off so don't plan to wear them out to a night of mayhem :( Otherwise it would be 5 stars...
