Cheerful in Cherry Heel

As a naturally tall girl, I have difficulty wearing heels without feeling like a gigantic amazon woman. But these heels are just the right height without making me feel huge. They began a little snug and weren't perfectly comfortable until after I worn them around the house for a day or two. Now they fit perfectly and are quite comfortable. I love the chunky heel because I feel stable and secure as I run around doing errands or working. I would highly recommend for taller girls who feel uncomfortable with big tall heels since its a nice middle ground.

Very cute and soft shoes. However, I thought the red color would be a little darker, they are a lighter red color than shown in the picture.

I've only worn these around the house so far, but I am thrilled. Just the right color -- that perfect mix of eye-catching red, but not patent-shiny-oh-my-goodness bright. They will be very versatile with everyday and semi-dressier uses. (especially with my "hepcat" dress) excellent construction, quality leather. my feet aren't quite wide enough for "wide" sizes, but regular sizes often pinch, And I'm very picky about choe comfort -- so I'm always wary about buying shows I can't try on. But thanks to the reviews, I gave these a shot and I am so glad I did! they run just a bit wide and big -- not so much that I'd have to go down a size, but if you're on the bubble between sizes, or your feet run a bit narrower, you might want to go down rather than up. They are actually comfortable, and just enough room to fit some inserts in for those days I'll be walking around in them a lot. Very cute, just the right height and lots of stability (I'm also picky about heel hight and width -- I need stability. again, these are perfect, without looking too chunky or "old lady" as so many thicker-heeled shoes do). The cost was a bit of a splurge for me (I usually haunt clearance racks at outlet malls), but I am thrilled. These were a great investment in a classic shoe, that I will get a ton of wear out of for years to come.
