The shoe is more of a dark gray then a black. The studs are secure, and overall a good quality shoe. I have slightly wider then average feet and they were a little snug at first, but after 2 or 3 times wearing they fit great. My only complaint is that these shoes have the same amount of traction as a bowling shoe. I would not wear these in winter. I get compliments every time I wear these shoes.

Well I just bought these for a friend as a Secret Santa gift. I know she's going to LOVE them because of their edgy and sexy look. She's a girly girl and she doesn't mind showing her edge every now and again. Her friends said she wears between a 6.5 and a 7 depending on the shoe.. So lets hope for the best when she puts on the 6.5 that I just bought her! =)

My husband got me these shoes as a gift. I wanted something that I could wear with jeans that was a little dressy but kept my feet warmer than regular flats. I thought these were really cute in the picture, but they look a little clunky on my feet. Also, the size fits correctly, but they feel a little loose around the heel, even with socks. They are also not super comfortable, but I imagine that will get better once I break them in. I also agree with the other reviewers who say that they slip; they basically have no traction on the bottoms. That's an easy fix though, and not really a problem for me. Overall, if I'd gotten them myself I'd probably return them just because they're a bit clunky and uncomfortable, but since they're a gift, I'll keep them! Here's hoping they grow on me!
