I'm a huge fan of slip-on loafers as I generally love androgynous shoes, so when I saw these, I knew I had to have them. The white lace definitely gives this shoe a feminine edge, which is a unique twist on the loafer's slightly masculine shape. The shoe seems well-made and is comfortable. I'm a little worried about ruining the white lace in San Francisco's rainy streets, so I'll definitely check the weather report before I slip these on in the morning :) The leather detailing is more of a pale brown color than the peachy-pink hue it appears to be on my computer screen, but I think that actually will make it easier to pair these shoes with more outfits. I've purchased loafers from modcloth before that look too clunky and thick in person, but this pair is tasteful and flattering. Overall, an attractive, interesting shoe that I recommend!

These shoes are absolutely adorable, but they are killing my feet. The back of the shoe is pretty stiff and rubs against my heels creating blisters. I wore these to work for three hours and then had to change out of them. I've tried them without socks and with those half socks that are meant for flats. Hurts both ways. I emailed Seychelles and they said to try and take them to shoe repair and have them break them in for me.

Hi Stephanie! I am sorry to hear that these shoes aren't breaking in as easily as you had anticipated. :( If I ever find that a shoe is causing more blisters than I anticipated, I wear them around the house with thick, full socks for several days to provide some stretch. This helps to soften the material as well. Thanks for sharing this feedback with us!
