I love these boots! They are extremely comfortable as far as heels go, although I'll need inserts for the lack of arch support. I didn't find them narrow at all and I have somewhat wide feet. I'm extremely happy with them and I think they were a great buy.

This boot was shipped to my parents house. I was unable to try them on for weeks. The left boot does not fit the same as the right. I now am unable to return them because the 30 days have passed. Very disappointed!
