I sought out the advice of several ModPeeps as I was not entirely sold on the square toe on this bootie, but after seeing a few peeps strutting around the office in them, I just had to have them, and I am so glad I snagged a pair! Super comfortable, great heel height, and unbelievable quality, they are Jeffrey Campbells though so it's not surprising. But what IS surprising is how much you can pair with these boots--right now I am wearing some slouchy skinnies, a navy blue, polo knit sweater, and a scarf...but trust me, the boots make the outfit. These are worth the money for sure! I will say that I was nervous regarding sizing, as I often wear both 8 and 8.5 in JCs, but I decided to go up to the 8.5--it allows me to wear these with or without socks, so if you're in between sizes and plan on wearing socks, I would go a half-size up :)

I loved these shoes. Except they were too narrow-way to narrow. I regretted sending them back. I did not feel that a larger size would overcome the narrowness of the shoe. But they are beautiful and very well made.
