When the weather’s crummy, these Jeffrey Campbell boots will have you feeling bright and sunny! These jolly galoshes feature a rubbery, waterproof exterior, perforation-like prints, and black laces to keep your feet feeling cozy, dry, and totally cute! Slip them on with leggings, a sweaterdress, and a colorful raincoat, and you’ll look stylish whatever the weather!
