Bathing Beauty One Piece in Light Blue Velvet - Plus-Size

This is just a beautiful suit! I've been agonizing over getting a bathing suit as I haven't had one for years (too busy working all the time to dream of swimming) but after seeing this lovely velvet number, I decided to just splurge this once. Based on the measurements provided and reviews of various colors, I chose to get a size 18, though I'm normally a 16. I now think I could've easily stood to buy the 16, but I'm perfectly delighted with the 18 that I have. The fit is very flattering and the ruching and boning add a little light control and discretion. My boobs are on the small side relative to the rest of me, so I was a little concerned by all the reviews mentioning the enormous cup size of this suit, and indeed, my poor little baps are swimming a little and liable to peek out if I don't have the straps tied snugly enough, but it's nothing a stitch here or there can't easily fix. The light blue color is gorgeous and I have to confess to feeling a little on the glamorous side wearing this with my cat-eye sunglasses at the lake. I'd say pick your color and go for it, ladies :>

I already purchased a swim suit thru modcloth this year and I thought it was OKAY that is only because I just wasn't happy with my body lol but this suit, oh goodness let me tell you for one I am sitting in this suit writing this review. It is GORGEOUS! I almost refuse to purchase clothing online unless I see a review and I need everyone to know how beautiful this suit is. WORTH EVERY PENNY!
