The Story
Details

Cause a stir when you rush onto the scene sporting this wildly fun necklace. Strands of black and white fringe hang down from the delicately knotted top, flowing into a pointed form. Fasten the adjustable dusty bronze chain over top a plain turtleneck, letting the rivulets of fringe give you a streamlined look.
