Necklace in Wonderland

I think I made an audible squeal when I saw this on modcloth. Simply. Adorable. And you can take the cookies out? Someone pinch me. When my package finally arrived, I hastily opened this first. It was about the size that I was expecting, about half the size of my thumb. I got the chocolate chip variety, exactly as I had hopped for. However, a few things struck me. Firstly, the most noticeable is that the plastic stopper on top looks a little cheap- there's a somewhat noticeable seam where the plastic was molded. I'm sure I can sand it down with an emery board or something, but it still was a little bit of a bummer. Also, the "Eat Me" slip, when viewed up close, looks pixilated. It would've been nice if the script looked a little smoother. Furthermore, the small ring that connects the charm to the chain had a slight gap in it, causing it to come free from the ribbon rather easily. I had to tinker with it a little bit to close the gap a little more firmly. And lastly, just as everyone has pointed out, the ribbon does come untied easily. However, a dot of clear nailpolish fixed this. So, all in all, absolutely adorable necklace that I'm sure I won't be able to live without, but I did have to make three minor fixes before it was *perfect*. So minus one star. Otherwise, I'd really like to see more of this designer's goods available here.

This is my first purchase from ModCloth and I couldn't be any happier! It is a dainty necklace with a lot of style, and it will guarantee numerous compliments! Chain is cute and sturdy and you can't beat the price!

I'm so disappointed! The necklace is super cute, but it fell off the chain the first time i wore it! And I was outside, so it's gone. :-(
