  • Measures 4 inches in length, 2 inches in width.
  • Before first use, charge 4 hours on computer. When you first discharge the battery it may enter "sleep" mode for circuit protection. In such case it will require 10+ minutes in direct sunlight or USB connection before it will "wake" and begin charging.

I love the idea of this product and when/if the technology improves it will be a great item to have. I'm regretfully returning it, however, because it's taken days to charge (longer than the description says) and it didn't fully charge my iPhone before needing to be placed in the sun again. I had it placed in a very sunlit window, but that still didn't seem to do the trick. Perhaps it would work for you if you leave it in the sun for days and only plan to charge your phone part way... I wouldn't rule this product out, but I wouldn't rely on it entirely either. I suppose it's worth testing it out on a case by case basis.

Poor
It charges fine (you can even charge it by plugging it into your computer), but it wont charge my phone! I should have returned it :( I kept on playing with it to see if it will work but it just doesn't.

Good
This is the perfect travel companion, as Pragya suggested in her review. I travel a lot and seem to always be stuck with a dead phone battery. Now, I make sure this is charged up and ready so I can simply plug my IPhone whenever I need it. I haven't had any trouble getting it to charge; I keep it on my windowsill so it's always ready to go. It would be nice if it was a little smaller, but overall I'm happy with the purchase!
