Okay
The mug was beautiful in colour... but I was a little disappointed in that on the handle there was a spot where the glaze had not taken (an obvious white patch) Makes the mug look cheap. Never returned it because I'm peeved about the return costs. The other 2 mugs I ordered were fine and they were given away as gifts so I kept the flawed one for myself.

Very Good
CUTE! love this new mug. For one turquoise/aqua colors are my favorite colors. I also am a bird lover. So it's adorable. There was some bubbling/slight paint? color damage at the bottom of the tree trunk but it wasn't very bad or noticeable at all. I think some other mugs I have also have stuff like that. I looked for it after reading a previous review. It still looks great. I don't see that damage getting worse in anyway and its very small. If that sort of thing bothers you though I thought I'd mention it.
