Vroom! I switch gears into maximum speed and see nothing but dust and the afterthought of my pursuers in the rear view mirror. That's the image - no the feeling - I got when I first laid eyes on this gunmetal grey leather jacket by BB Dakota. Car chases and strong, gutsy women like stunt person Zoe Bell jumped into my psyche like a car off a ramp. While movie goers seldom see the stunt double's face, I am, and you are, sure to be seen and admired in this jacket's double-breasted, decorative button-detailed front and off-center, hidden zipper. I just had to try this coat on to see how its soft feel fit right to my body's curves and movements, perfect for a stuntwoman dodging bullets and diving off buildings. While researching a name for this sharp jacket, I found the website for the Stuntwoman's Association of Motion Pictures. On their "Skills Search" page, which puts casting directors in touch with the actresses by their skills, I found that there are such aptitudes as "fire dancing," "muay thai," and "wing walking." I don't know what these are, but I kind of want to learn how to perform them. I would learn, then audition for the next Tarantino action flick in this jacket. And, of course I get the part. As one hand jingles the keys to my character's Dodge Challenger in one of the front pockets and the other hand removes my aviators, the mandarin collar highlights the daredevil glint in my eyes. Stagehands direct a massive fan in my direction and a five car pile up explodes behind me while I escape, cool, fashionable, and leather clad. Yes! Do try this (on) at home. -Angela, Fashion Writer
