Sure this fabric would look adorable in a cutely designed peacoat- but that's not the matter at hand. The fact is, this is truly an atrocious disaster. Granny collar, poof-y unflattering style, and strange 3/4 sleeves...? My mind cannot possibly conceive this as even remotely fashionable- it couldn't work even with the best accessorizing in the world!
